MEDCO worked with the Maryland Transit Administration, MDOT and Anne Arundel County to oversee design, development, construction and management of a 1,000+ stall parking garage adjacent to the Odenton MARC train station.
Construction is slated to begin in 2026 and the garage is intended to consolidate surface parking and open land for future transit-oriented development near the Odenton station.
