Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, known as SCIFs, are spaces that give businesses, institutions, and public-sector partners the infrastructure they need to compete for federal work, support security-cleared professionals, and keep high-value activity in Maryland. When SCIF space is available in the right places, it can help attract investment, create jobs, expand opportunity, and strengthen the state’s national security advantage.
