The Harper-Tubman Hall project at Morgan State University included the acquisition, renovation, refurbishment, furnishing and equipping of the existing student housing facility, along with partial demolition and upgrades.
The revitalized residence hall will provide 236 beds and is projected to open in late 2026 to help Morgan State support its record-breaking enrollment and demand for on-campus housing.
