MEDCO supports the development of a new six-story graduate student housing community at the University of Maryland, College Park.
The project delivered 465 apartment units with approximately 741 beds, along with new access roads, sidewalks, surface parking, stormwater management systems, and green space known as “The Quad.” This new residential community expands high-quality, on-campus housing options for graduate students and enhances campus life. The project opened in August 2026.
