MEDCO functions under the provision of Article 83A, Sections 5-201 through 5-216 of Annotated Code of Maryland, and is a body politic and corporate and is constituted as a public instrumentality of the State of Maryland. As such, MEDCO makes its annual financial statement available to the public. This statement includes information on the corporation's assets, projects completed, and projects in-progress for the most recent financial year.
